Appointment Cancellation Policy

Booking in advance for any treatment is highly recommended. We understand that emergencies and illness can arise resulting in the need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you miss an appointment or do not allow 24 hours notice, you may be charged the full price of the treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. Please inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. However very late arrival may result in reduced treatment time with full fees still charged.

Gift Cards are available to purchase. These are valid for 1 year and are redeemable against all treatments.
